Nawal has joined IER in July 2008. Prior to IER, Nawal was instrumental in developing a live online car reservation system connecting five major international car rental companies. Nawal has also worked with big MNCs like net-connect solution and Motorola in a range of technical positions.
As IER's Senior IT Programmer, Nawal oversees the day to day operation of IER's online business division, the CustomerDirect system. CustomerDirect is an online research product with ‘real-time’ and ‘real-people’ data collection processes. Nawal manages the CustomerDirect system, which is a cost effective and robust tool, that helps provide efficient data collection and reporting systems to help clients understand their customers.
This knowledge then gives powerful advantages in understanding the perceptions and future needs of customers who drive the income and direction of many companies. In this way, powerful knowledge can provide significant opportunities for organisations to grow their business.
Nawal holds degrees in Bachelor of Science (Physics and Statistics) and Master’s in Information Technology.
