Country Racing Victoria – Customer Research
Over the past three years IER has developed a research program to understand customer desires, motivations, behaviours and satisfaction at over 50 regional race meetings throughout Country Victoria. In 2009/10, IER implemented a non-user and lapsed research program for Country Racing Victoria to understand the opportunities to create new markets and determine the key barriers to attendance.
The customer research assists Country Racing Victoria at a strategic brand and operations level to assist in planning and decision making and enables key benchmarking measures to be established. Furthermore, it provides a valuable resource for Clubs to practically improve the customer experience for their customers.
