Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales – Sydney Royal Easter Show
IER partnered with the Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales in 2010 and 2011 to gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, wants and expectations from Sydney Royal Easter Show customers, exhibitors and competitors.
These studies have focused on identifying the important factors that generate a high level of customer experience and satisfaction for those who attend the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
