Tennis Australia - Australian Open Facilities Strategic Plan
IER delivered a Facilities Strategic Plan to Tennis Australia for the purpose of establishing the capital needs of Tennis Australia and the Australian Open.
This study encompassed a review of world-class facility improvements at other Grand Slams in the northern hemisphere and facility development at other Australian major events and venues, including player, member, media, general public and corporate facilities.
