VECCI Tourism and Events – Member Perception Studies
IER partnered with VECCI Tourism and Events to conduct Member Perception Surveys of Victoria Tourism Industry Council (VTIC), Victoria Events Industry Council (VEIC), Backpacker Operators Alliance of Victoria (BOAV), Tourism Alliance Victoria (TAV) and the Hotel, Motel and Accommodation Association (HMAA).
The purpose of this research was to assess member benefits and satisfaction, responsiveness to members and the provision of information to member groups.
